Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. After 8 hours from the time you place your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it, and you will have to wait to receive it for any returns.

If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After processing, delivery will take between 7-12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your order was processed on a Friday after 12:00 AM, it will most likely not be shipped until the following Monday.
